Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We do offer FREE SHIPPING via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail for U.S. orders only.
We will ship your order after we receive payment from you, and as specified on the product shipping availability on the items you ordered. Orders usually ship out within 3 to 5 Business days. (Business days are Monday thru Friday, not including weekends). Then allow for the appropriate number of in transit shipping days depending up the shipping method you choose during checkout. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are shipped by U.S. Registered Mail International Package. It usually takes 9 to 11 days transit shipping time once it leaves our store. International orders are charged $22.00 USD for shipping. We do not have an option for you to pre-pay Canadian Duty Fees, you will be responsible for those upon delivery.WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada only.
How do I return an item?
We will only accept a return if a Return Authorization Number (RA#) has been issued by our Customer Support Team and the product is returned with the original packaging including gift boxes. Original sales receipt must accompany returns. We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".
Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
- without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
- within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (after 30 days no returns are allowed)
- must not be a special order or a custom order
- unless noted that it cannot be returned, or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 days noted in that item's particular item description
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store.
Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
Please note: We are unable to refund original shipping fees and return shipping fees. You will be responsible for shipping fees.
If you are returning a gift, we can only issue a refund to the credit card used by the purchaser. We do,however, offer exchanges or store credit.
